Role

Location: Kings Cross, London
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (occasional night/weekend)
Standard Hours: 07:00–19:00
Rate: £235 per day (includes travel)
Position: Full-time (once probation complete)

We are looking for professional, dependable and highly motivated Close Protection Operatives to join our team.

We welcome applications from both experienced operatives and those who are newly qualified and looking for an opportunity to begin their career within the Close Protection industry. Experience is advantageous, however, we value the right attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.

This role will operate Monday to Friday, normally from 07:00-19:00. Flexibility is useful as occasional night or weekend work may be required to meet the operational needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Valid SIA Close Protection licence
  • FREC 3 qualification or recognised equivalent
  • Previous Close Protection experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Strong situational awareness
  • Reliable, punctual and well-presented
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience within corporate, executive or UHNW environments would be advantageous
