The Operator is responsible for conducting discreet, professional and intelligence-led detection operations in support of client safety, security and protective intelligence objectives.
The primary purpose of the role is the proactive identification, assessment and reporting of suspicious behaviour, hostile intent, hostile reconnaissance and other activity that may present a risk to protected persons, locations, assets, personnel or operations.
Operators will work both independently and as part of a wider operational and intelligence-led security team. They are expected to demonstrate exceptional situational awareness, professional curiosity, sound judgement, discretion, initiative and consistently high professional standards.
The role requires an operator who does more than simply observe. Successful operators must be capable of recognising anomalies, understanding behavioural indicators, identifying developing patterns and converting observations into timely, accurate and actionable intelligence.
